Harford County Maryland Family Friendly Homebuyer's Tour

Getting to Know Us - An Inside Look at Harford County.

Harford County Maryland TourThe best way to learn about Harford County is to spend a day here with two long-time residents! Join me and tour guide Karen Aspinwall for a personal, free tour of the county as you start your search for a new home. We have both lived in Harford County for 10 years prior to moving to Cecil County so we know this area inside and out. Harford County is home of the Aberdeen Proving Ground and includes some of the best shopping areas and restaurants in the region. Harford County has experienced tremendous growth over the past 20 years and presently is home to approximately 250,000 people.

During the tour we will introduce you to the county's incorporated towns, including Aberdeen, Bel Air, and Havre de Grace. In between towns you'll be able to see the incredible variety of landscapes Harford County offers--from rolling farmland and horse country, beautiful hardwood forests, to the shoreline of Havre de Grace and the Susquehanna River.

You'll get a unique view of the towns, neighborhoods and recreation areas. We'll also provide information important for learning about govenment, property taxes, schools, and communities.

How does it work?

You will tour the county in one of our cars or vans. We will make stops along the way so you can explore and we can provide you with detailed descriptions and answer your questions. A complimentary lunch at one of our local eateries will be provided. Our tour is family-friendly--children can play a special car bingo game and tell you Harford County trivia facts along the way!

Though we do not offer a renters tour, we do have lists of apartments and homes for rent. Please contact us for that information.
