Cecil County Child Care

Child Care Links, Inc. is one of 13 regional centers that make up the award-winning Maryland Child Care Resources Network (MCCRN). It is funded by the Maryland State Department of Education.

One service of MCCRS is LOCATE: Child Care, which is a computerized child care resource and referral counseling system. The service provides information on licensed or registered child care programs in Harford and Cecil County. They can be contacted at 443-512-0950.
